This is about the 4 beasts of Daniel which people posted in the first page/s of the Ukraine topic (
http://www.christianityboard.com/topic/19923-the-truth-about-ukraine-russia/?hl=ukraine). I didn't want to interupt the main posting/poster of the Ukriane topic so have split a new thread/topic. (Though i may not be able to follow it as i have been needing to stay offline for awhile to get some things done once my clicking-throat sickness is better).
(Not sure if this is unorthodox but seemed best place to post it.)

They said "lion = UK; bear = Russia; tiger [or dragon?] = China" etc.

We all know that the 4 beasts/metals of Daniel do seem to match the world empires of Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greco-Macedonian, Roman (or some slight variation) between Daniel's time and the end times. So i guess that when people in the Ukraine thread/topic posted about the beasts and modern that they see the bible as having more than one possible meanings. We will just add this additional/alternative theory.

The 4 metals and 4 beast of Daniel may represent 4 world ages / 4 ages of the world. Many ancient cultures around the world had (3 or) 4 (or 5) world ages. Thus God's dream & Daniel's interpretation would have resonated with the king's cultural. Daniel said the lion/gold was Babel.

The 4 rivers of Eden also seem to represent/symbolise 4 quarters of the world (+) &/or 4 world ages. (Note the Cross.) The first river encompasses the land of *gold*. The second compasseth the land of Cush, and in classical the Ethiopians are from the silver age. Rivers of running water are like time/history.

Classical: gold, silver, brass/brazen, iron.
Zodiacal: leo, taurus, aquarius, serpens/scropio/aquilo.
Biblical: gold, silver, brass, iron (& clay), (5th/stone).
Biblical: lion, bear, leopard, beast/dragon.
Biblical: pison/havilah/gold, gihon/cush, hiddekel/tigris/asshur, euphrates.
Biblical: 4 parts jesus garment.
Biblical: 4 arms of the Cross.
Jewish: michael gabriel raphael uriel.

Babylonian: Nergal/lion, Marduk/bull, Nebo/human, Ninib/eagle.
Biblical: mene, mene, tekel, upharsin.
Iran: gold, silver, "steel", "iron compound".
Iran: 4 cups from 4 rivers (Oxus, Indus, Euphrates, Danube).
Indian yugas: krita/satya, treta, dvapara, kali/dark.
Mexican: 4 suns.

So the Cross symbolises Jesus died for people of all 4 quarters and all 4 ages. It can also symbolise died for all 3 "races":

biblical: Shem, Ham, Japheth/Isles Gentiles.
biblical: Hebrew, Latin, Greek.
biblical: Matthew/Levi, Mark/Peter, Luke/Paul.
biblical: Judea, Samaria, Galilee of Gentiles.

Note the bear could also represent UK (Arthur). Compare the lion, bear, etc of Gildas' 5 tyrants.

I was interested that the dates 1917/8 and 1967/8 and 2014/5/[2017]/2018/[2019/2020] happen to fit with the dates for smart meters & digitalisation. And the date 1948 might link with the 2045 initiative.
Magog does mean "prefix/land/mother + roof/ceiling/mountain".
Also westerners maybe too distracted about foreign and not care about people suffering in own country/"community"/street?

Can't make any guesses as to exact prophecy times/people/etc identities etc, excepting any few possible revelations/discoveries at times. We can just see that the types are there throughout history.

I'm not sure these are all right, some/all could be wrong, but it is amazing that these all seem to match as 3 "types". Significance includes:
Jesus died for all 3 types!
Ham vs Shem or Noah's blessing/curse throughout history?
the original language.
seeing myself in there.
that the beast is the world?? (maybe 3 6s?)
the strengths/talents/gifts of each type.

We have added a couple/few more to our 3 types discovery table: (see attached. I was going to insert/paste it in here but i am not sure it won't have any problems because it is a little large)

Note: I can't be certain that one/some/all rows are not wrong, but they all/mostly seem pretty good.
It is amazing how the pattern is there throughout many times etc. I seem to mainly match Japheth column/type (its not nice struggling thorny, etc), though my name/gift seems to be the John column?

We do not mean that these are good and bad races. They are more like types, and they each have their own different good qualities/strengths.

It is really interesting how the 3 gospels have differences fitting the pattern. Eg:
Matthew to Hebrews has genealogy from Abraham to Jesus.
Luke to Greeks/gentiles has genealogy from Adam to Jesus.
Mark has none.

Matthew has 9 blesseds in sermon on mount.
Luke has 4 blesseds (and 4 woes).
Mark has none.

Mark has the last chapter endings issue.
